Flipt is a foldable cargo space organizer for many pickup vehicles. It is used to extend or divide the loading area and can be removed quickly if necessary. It is the perfect addition to any cargo space cover.When folded, it divides the loading area into two parts and thus prevents, for example, the load from sliding over the entire area when driving. In vehicles with a closed load compartment cover, when the tailgate is open, goods stored in the rear area
can be easily accessed, as these can no longer slide towards the driver's cab. A great gain in comfort.If the transport of bicycles, motorcycles, quads or large objects such as tree cuttings requires driving with the tailgate open, Flipt offers protection against objects stored on the loading area falling out. Heavy objects should of course be clamped
to the lashing eyes of the pickup. Flipt is lashed to the tailgate with a strap to prevent movement while driving.Standing upright and tense, with the tailgate closed, Flipt can be used as a rear cross member for transporting long objects such as canoes.Flipt can be loaded with up to 100 kg. When expanded, it can be used as a simple seat or table.
Materials The three width-adjustable brackets of the Flipt are made from an oval aluminum profile specially manufactured for Flipt. The shape makes it particularly stable and the scratch-resistant powder coating makes it look nice. Brackets and connectors are made
of highly resistant and UV-resistant polypropylene. Moving parts are made of a nylon with 15% fiberglass. This significantly reduces wear and tear and does not require grease lubrication.Flipt is designed for outdoor use in all weathers. The selected materials ensure a long service life.The total weight is approx. 6 kg.
Mounting Flipt is delivered in individual parts. For the assembly of the nylon brackets, six 5 mm holes must be made in the loading area. A drilling template for this is included. The brackets are attached with rivets. In some vehicle models, the brackets are
mounted on L-shaped reinforcement plates made of stainless steel for stiffening purposes. In this case, a total of 10 holes must be drilled.
